Motorola would like a very similar Nokia-Microsoft deal to go Windows Phone?

 

Motorola who said no to Windows Phone since they were showing good results with Android (and they are exclusively Android) now are supposedly asking Microsoft for a similar deal Nokia had with Microsoft to them to make a Windows Phone.
